Shipping policy

Most orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days. This is all contingent on us receiving the funds in our possession as no order is shipped until the funds are secured. Shipments are also contingent on the schedule of UPS. They only run to our rural area 3 days a week. We operate on a made to order basis since we are a very small business that operates out of our house. We make your product and bottle it as needed for orders. Sometimes that is delayed based on ingredients being received from our suppliers. Liquids get damaged and leak in shipping, and that is out of our control. To assure our products are of high quality when they leave here, we will never substitute an ingredient to get it shipped to you quicker. At times, Shipments to customers are delayed an extra day or two due to us receiving the wrong ingredient, or an ingredient is damaged in shipping and we have to wait for a replacement. No refunds will be given based on circumstances out of our control from any of our suppliers.
